SS_FD_SET/15

SS_FD_SET/15 set consists of 15 specialized probes for super sharp and long term measurements:  

• NSG30_SS - 5 super sharp silicon probes with typical curvature radius 2nm

• NSG01_DLC – 5 super sharp diamond-like carbon DLC tips  with typical curvature radius 1-2nm

• HA_NC/FD -  5 long lasting probes with single crystal diamond tip.
