MSSET/30 – a set of standard AFM probes consisted of:

• NSG30 – 10 high resolution semicontact / noncontact silicon AFM cantilevers

• CSG01 – 10 high resolution contact silicon AFM cantilevers

• FMG01/Pt – 10 high resolution force modulation conductive silicon AFM cantilevers with PtIr tip overall coating

SS_FD_SET/15  - a set of 15 specialized probes consisted of:

• NSG30_SS - 5 super sharp silicon probes with typical curvature radius 2nm

• NSG01_DLC – 5 super sharp diamond-like carbon DLC tips  with typical curvature radius 1-2nm

• HA_NC/FD -  5 long lasting probes with single crystal diamond tip with typical radius 10nm.
