Personalized sets

The sets can include cantilevers of different series with and without additional tip coating for research of different samples in various AFM modes.

Requirements for set ordering:

1. The set should consist of 50 pieces.

2. The set should include Etalon series probes (MIX_ET/50) or Golden series probes (MIX_GL/50) listed below.

Two sets are available for ordering:

MIX_ET/50 – can include probes HA_NC, HA_HR, HA_FM, HA_CNC, HA_C without tip coating and with conductive tip coating – Pt, Au, W2C. All available for ordering series are in the set description: http://www.tipsnano.com/catalog/afm-standard/cantilever-sets/mix-et-50/ .
