Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite (HOPG) ZYA Quality with reduced dispersion of mosaic spread for monochromators.
Mosaic Spread: 0.45 ± 0.05 degrees, double-sided, piece size – 10x10mm, thickness 2 mm.
For monochromator application the mosaic spread is of primary importance, so each HOPG samples is tested by individually measured FWHM on a diffractometer
